Step 1 – Submit
your request
Submit your request at moderator@mediangels.com for
Video Consultation with
Specialist of your choice, or let us choose the best
Specialist for your
condition. Our in-house medical doctor will coordinate the
consultation.

Step 2 – Confirm
Video Consultation by making payment
Payment for
the Video Consultation to be made for confirming it. Details about
the modes of payment and payment details will be sent. Once
payment is received,
the Video Consultation is confirmed.

Step 3 –
Appointment with Specialist
The convenient dates and timings of the Specialists
will be shared with you and
our in-house MediAngels Medical Team will co-ordinate with
you to book mutually
convenient appointment.
Please send your detailed list of concerns/questions as
well as your past
medical reports which will be forwarded to the doctor
before video-consultation
to ensure fruitful discussion with the doctor |

Step 4 – Video Consultation
Video-Consultation will take place
on mutually
convenient date and time of the Specialist and the patient.
MediAngels Moderator
will be available throughout the Consultation for
co-ordination and assistance.

Video-Consultation i.e. recommendations / advice of the
