| 1. How to use Mediangels™ Services? |

- As a first step towards using any of the MediAngels services, please create an account on MediAngels. You can use an existing email account for registration.
|

|
 |
- Complete the registration form as shown below and click ‘submit’ to proceed.
|

|
 |

You can register on behalf of your children, parents or other family members. A welcome email will be sent to your registered email id.
- Click on the verification link provided in the email. This step is mandatory for validating your email. In case you don’t receive the welcome email within 5 minutes of registering, please check your spam folder and move the mail to your inbox.

 |

Your account is now ready and you can start using MediAngels services.

Login using the User ID and Password specified while creating the account.

Begin by clicking on “My Profile” and updating your personal and health-related details – the information furnished here will guide the doctor in treating you.

Get started by choosing from the list of services and clicking on the appropriate link (eQuery, eConsult and eInvestigation) on your account page.

| 2. How to Ask an eQuery? |
|

Click on the eQuery tab in your home page.
|
| |
|
 |

Choose a medical specialty from the drop-down menu or select “choose for me”.
-
You can ask multiple questions in the space provided as long as they are about the same health condition.
-
Do note that the eQuery is meant only for simple, generic questions and is not suitable for detailed consults.
- You can use the eConsult option if you want a detailed online consultation.Click on submit to preview/edit your eQuery or proceed to make payment.

Congratulations! You have successfully completed the process of asking an eQuery.

You will immediately receive a confirmation email with a serial number for your query.

Now sit back and relax while our team works to help you.

MediAngels has qualified doctors on duty 24/7 who will review your queries/ consults and forward them to appropriate specialists within 24 hours. If there is any doubt or further information required, we will contact you via sms/email.

You will receive a response from a specialist doctor within 72 hours.

| 3. How to get an eConsult? |
|

Click on the eConsult tab in your home page.
|

|
 |

Choose a specialty from the drop-down menu or select “choose for me” if you are not sure. When you choose this option, the MediAngels doctor on duty will go through your questions/ complaints and profile and refer you to a suitable specialty.

Select a doctor from the chosen specialty after going through the Doctor profiles in detail or select “choose for me” if you are not sure. Based on your complaints and medical history, the MediAngels doctor on duty will forward your request to a doctor who is best trained and qualified to treat your medical condition.

Fill in all details regarding your complaints, symptoms, previous consults, medication history in relevant fields.

You can upload your previous scans and reports, if you have any.

Please read the Terms and Conditions and accept them before clicking the “Submit” button.
- If you wish to save your consult now and submit it at a later stage, click on the “Submit Later” tab. All the details you have filled in the form will be saved and you can add/edit details of your consult at any time.
- If you wish to take a consult right away, click on the “Submit Now” tab. You can either preview/edit your questions or directly proceed to make payment.

We will inform you via sms/email as soon as the MediAngels Expert sends his/her recommendations.

You can then login to your MediAngels account to view the response from your MediAngels doctor.

You can also take a printout of your consult or save it as a PDF file for future reference.

At the end of the eConsult, please take a moment to fill out the feedback form to help us improve user experience.

| 4. How to Order an eInvestigation? |
|
 |

Your doctor may recommend certain diagnostic tests and scans before recommending a treatment plan for you. To order these tests, click on “Get eInvestigation”. At present, the eInvestigation facility is available only in India.

You can avail this service even if you are not consulting a MediAngels doctor.

Select all the tests that have been prescribed for you and mention the name of the referring physician (if applicable).
|

Confirm your address and contact details to ensure proper sample collection.
-
Proceed to payment.
-
A diagnostic technician from one of our affiliated centers will collect your samples and deliver the reports at your doorstep.
-
An electronic copy of these reports and scans will be automatically uploaded onto your MediAngels account.

| 5. How to Communicate with your Doctor? |
|
 |

Use the MediAngels internal mailing system to send emails to your doctor and view the responses to your queries and consults.
- All your queries, consults and investigations will be systematically sorted displayed in your inbox. Copies of these can be retrieved and printed out at any time.

| 6. How to Keep Track of Your Orders? |

Clicking on “Transaction Report” will allow you to track the status of your consult and view your payment history.
