Introduction
Varicocele is condition in which there is abnormal dilation of the pampiniform plexus (veins which drains testis) in the scrotum.
It is the most common surgically correctable cause of subfertility(decreased fertility in men) as testes require a temperature of 2.50 C less than normal body temperature for proper sperm production (spermatogenesis).
